416: BEV Browne of Access Profits 101: Helping People Buy Tax Sale Properties
BEV Browne, is an Information Broker and a freelance writer in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario. She has started a number of businesses over the years, and with her husband founded a charity that has been doing community development work in Zambia.
\nAbout 30 years ago she learned through her work as a writer that people can buy real estate from local governments in Canada when they\u2019re being sold for the taxes owed. She\u2019d tell people about the opportunity, but no-one believed her. It took her more than 20 years before she actually decided to do it herself. Then in 2013 she wrote a book entitled How To Buy Tax Sale Properties: A Canadian Guide.
