298: ALI Marsland of Effective English Company: Helping You Deliver Effective Written Communication For Your Business
ALI Marsland, has always been interested in language and communication and after studying linguistics at university and then teaching English in Africa, she worked in a series of communications roles.
\nIn 2006 she made the leap to self-employment and then over the past three years expanded the business. She now runs a limited company with a team of staff, called Effective English Company, all working remotely. Ali has set the business up to run from anywhere. She is based in central UK but spends a couple of months each year in Cape Town and has also worked from Italy, Johannesburg and various UK locations.
