KATHY Mondotte, is the founder and president of Wheelchair Solutions, whose goal is to put a smile on the faces of people who use wheelchairs. A severe spinal cord injury and its subsequent surgery left her confined to a wheelchair for over a year. Her doctors did not expect her to ever walk again. Thankfully, she does.
