\nAfter Christian started to \u201ceat his regulatory cooking\u201d after implementing it at the financial services firm UBS, his life took an interesting turn.
\nHe started to focus entirely on people\u2019s behaviour, on what makes them tick, and what gets them doing the things they shouldn\u2019t, and neglect to do the things they should.
\nIn this episode we talk about Danny Boyle and the Olympics, and how his opening show was a powerful example of how to get people to do things you want them to do.
\nChristian talks about how to get the best out of people.
\nWe hear how the airline industry can teach us a lot about compliance.
