Veta T. Richardson is president & CEO of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), where her priorities are to expand ACC\u2019s global footprint and solidify ACC\u2019s position as the preeminent voice for in-house counsel worldwide. Prior to her current role, Veta held executive-level positions in the nonprofit association realm and started her legal career as in-house counsel at Sunoco, Inc., where she was responsible for corporate governance, securities disclosure, financings, and M&A transactions.
