Jeff Corle is a unique combination of a seasoned country songwriter and farmer.\xa0 After growing up on the farm, he spent his formative years in Nashville, plying his trade as an Outlaw Country style singer-songwriter.\xa0
After experiencing "Nashville burn-out" he went back to his roots, returning home to run his family's dairy farm in rural western-Pennsylvania.\xa0 But when economic factors beyond his control forced him to shut down the dairy and sell his beloved Guernsey cows, he was left heartbroken and despondent.\xa0
In the midst of his heartache and pain he turned to an old friend for comfort - his guitar.\xa0 In the aftermath of having to say goodbye to the cows, Corle penned what would become his first viral hit, Empty Barn.\xa0 With the success of Empty Barn and the support of legions of new fans Corle kept writing and travelled back to Nashville to record his debut album "Farm Animal".\xa0 Life experiences- good and bad, have given him a strong and courageous voice.\xa0 He's a man who has something to say. . . and isn't afraid to say it.
Jeff has said, "Nashville taught me how to write songs.\xa0 The farm gave me something to write about.\xa0\xa0Farm Animal is the album I've been waiting to write all of my life."
Jeff shares his story with Lou Diamond on Thrive LouD.
