461: Byron Walker - "The Turnaround Plan"
Byron Walker is a small business owner and the founder of Survival Frog.\xa0 He is not a guru, however he has incredible intentions in trying to help struggling small business owners.\xa0 In 2018 the "survival market" crashed and required a major restructuring and turnaround of his business.
It sucked to go through the downturn, but he now has a business that is much better and more profitable.\xa0 He's documented his "turnaround plan" and shares some of it with Lou Diamond on Thrive LOUD.
