Ying Cao is Managing Partner of Ying Cao Law LLC in the metro New York area. Ms. Cao is licensed to practice law in NY and NJ since 2007 and 2006 and admitted in SDNY, EDNY and the District Court of New Jersey. Her main practice areas include employment-based immigration, contract dispute resolution, litigation and matrimonial matters in NY and NJ.
She is co-founder of Chinese American Legal Defense Alliance and U.S. WeChat Users Alliance.
She is also founder of Chinese American Lawyers Forum ('CALF'), an unincorporated association formed for the purpose of career development and professional networking among Chinese immigrant lawyers practicing law in the U.S. CALF currently runs several WeChat groups with a total of more than 600 Chinese immigrant lawyers practicing law in 34 states in the U.S. and more than 80 lawyers who have returned to China after being admitted in any U.S. state and territory.
