UN SDG 5 ensures gender equality and empowerment of all women and girls. Global Goal 5 demands half the population receives a chance to live life at its fullest.  Gender justice guarantees political, economic, and social and cultural equality and equity. Global Goal 5 focuses on ending all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere. Indigenous women face double discrimination, yet remain dedicated to self-determination in all its forms for fundamental freedoms.
