\nOur panel will discuss the crisis of confidence now facing the Supreme Court; is this unprecedented in American history; what did the justices do or not do to get here; are they out of touch with the country; what did Donald Trump, Joe Biden, the GOP and the U.S. Senate do to get here; how are these problems accentuated or revealed by recent events, i.e., the failure of Clarence Thomas to recuse himself and the leaked opinion of the overturn of Roe v. Wade; how will they be ameliorated, if at all, by the ascendancy of Ketanji Brown Jackson; where does the court seem to be going and for how long; what effect does this have on the other branches of government; what effect will it have on the country; where do our civil rights and liberties seem to be going and when; what can the court, Joe Biden and Congress do, if so inclined, to reform or restore some degree of confidence in the court.
