Wade; how will they be ameliorated, if at all, by the ascendancy of Ketanji Brown Jackson; where does the court seem to be going and for how long; what effect does this have on the other branches of government; what effect will it have on the country; where do our civil rights and liberties seem to be going and when; what can the court, Joe Biden and Congress do, if so inclined, to reform or restore some degree of confidence in the court.
