\nCan you imagine a world without electricity? If you live in Louisiana right now, it may not be hard to imagine. Most people think it would take a major natural disaster to black out huge swaths of the USA. There are some nasty folks who beg to differ, and are chomping at the bit to show off. Recent cyber attacks give us a hint of our vulnerability, but a study of Clausewitz or Sun Tzu might get you taking things more seriously. Clausewitz, a nineteenth century Prussian general calls things like electric grids, "Centers of gravity", today we call them "primary targets" in a major conflict. How do we protect our electric center of gravity?
