\nJust as we start to feel COVID releasing its hold on us we are bombarded by the specter of a country being attacked and people suffering, while we and the world are doing little to help. We see the leader of the attacking country as resistant to logic and reason, while leaders of other countries are held back from helping by self-interest. Why can't we as individuals do anything? Why can't we influence our government to help? Again we are faced with feelings of uncertainty and fear - what if we are are pulled into this war? What will be the repercussions? How will our lives be affected? Again depression knocks at our door. How can we answer? There are ways and we can find them.
