\nAdria Fung, Robotics Education Specialist at tje Hawaii Space Grant Consortium om HIGP at SOEST, shares the results of the 2023 Hawaii Middle and High School VEX Robotics State Championships held on February 20. This competitive robotics event qualified 8 out of 50 Hawai\u02bbi VEX robotics teams to advance to the 2023 VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas. Across the globe, there are about 20,000 VEX Robotics teams in 45 countries participating in VEX tournaments, and Hawaii teams will have an opportunity to compete at the highest level in the world-class event.
