\nA team of graduate students at the University of Hawai\u02bbi M\u0101noa collaborated with Ho\u02bb\u0101hu Energy Cooperative Molokai to draft a set of principles to evaluate energy project procurement call the Holistic Energy Project Scorecard. The scorecard considers factors beyond their economic value to include cultural and ecologic benefits and costs.
