Optimized Health Improves Decision Making.  The host for this show is Guillermo Sabatier.  The guest is Rudolph Eberwein.
\n
\nOn the show today is Dr. Rodulph Eberwein, MD, founder of A New You, a practice specializing in functional medicine, endocrine and hormonal optimization, age and weight management. The discussion links these specialties with human performance, error prevention, improved decision making and overall wellness.
\n
\nThe impact this can have on the energy and electric utility industry is of great interest given an aging workforce challenge coupled with some difficulty attracting new candidates.  From a workplace labor management and Human Resources perspective, improving performance and general wellness could help address some of these issues.  Additionally, there is evidence that this same age group may have been heavily exposed to PCBs several decades ago and their effects are still felt today.
\n
\nFinally, another benefit to hormone optimization is the possibility of improving career longevity for those in the workforce that would have otherwise retired early.
