The Hawaiian Humane Society provides many services for animals. Brandy Shimabukuro, Manager of Communications at the Humane Society, tells us about some of the services that are offered. HHS spays and neuters animals, deals with humane investigations, provides end of life services for pets, deals with lost and found pets, and offers pet adoption. There are many volunteer opportunities at HHS for those interested, including fostering animals. Their website has a lot of useful information and resources.
