It may be for the same reason that the impeachment hearings for President Trump were not aired: the fear that Trump followers may hear the truth. The decision for Fox to not air the Jan 6 House Select Committee Hearings is proof that Fox News needs to drop the word News from its moniker. If getting to the details of what was behind the storming of the Capital on Jan 6 isn't news, then what is the news? For millions of Americans, Fox is their only supplier of information. A diet of half-truths and misinformation, or in this case no information, is fed daily to an audience eager to confirm what they have already accepted as their truth. Details of Jan. 6 is an inconvenient truth and certainly will not be allowed on Fox. "Without light, democracy dies."
