\nIn Hawaii today, a Fuel Tax is the primary source of transportation funding.  With diminishing revenues due to improved fuel efficiency of autos and EV use, H-DOT is testing a road user charge (RUC) system based on miles driven.  H-DOT Highways Director, Ed Sniffen, talks to the Hawaii Energy Policy Forum Chair and tells Hawaii: State of Clean Energy viewers the results of the RUS demonstration and what's in store for Hawaii's drivers.
