Pushback from GOP leaders was swift and strong. Senator Lindsey Graham compared DeSantis's comments to Neville Chamberlain, who was England's prime minister who failed to do anything about Hitler's advances in Europe in the late 1930's. So the question may be, Are DeSantis's comments about Ukraine an attempt to attract Trump's MAGA voters or is this really his position?
