\nOur discussion today is on emails and Association websites. There's changes that are or are about to happen: requiring Association-specific user names and emails. Benchmarking requires it, and the next could be our Association registration. Websites are a valuable way of maintaining or getting information out, not only to prospective buyers but to your owners and even tenants. Some Associations already have websites with a specific email, but for those that do not, they should consider it soon. Emails should have longevity, meaning it will remain the same for many years and not change with changes in site management. The entity that is hosting and the maintenance of the website are other important components and a part of our discussion.
