\nThis open-wall restaurant in a high-end Kaanapali resort is carefully elevated to harvest the trade winds and offer stunning views of neighboring islands. Ceiling fans provide additional comfort. The footprint was designed to preserve almost all existing trees to provide additional beauty and cooling while reducing the carbon footprint. Hot water is supplied by an ultra-efficient heat pump system.
