\nPrior to joining Perspective, he created the startup pitch program, ACTIVATE, in Seattle. In Jacksonville, he was instrumental in building the city's startup community with key roles in operations and finance, spearheaded the creation of Hemming Park and the city-wide startup crowdfunding festival, One Spark. Before focusing on startup community engagement and product development, he worked in the video game industry as a technical recruiter and game designer with Epic Games, Bethesda Softworks, and The 3DO Company.

\nHe lives in Jacksonville, Florida, and spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with his daughter, Valencia.
