She was inspired to create her new show after seeing many people suffer from chronic diseases that could be prevented with diet and lifestyle changes. She aspires to help people avoid these preventable diseases or reverse some of the disease processes that may already have started. She is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle that includes avoiding animal products and practicing yoga. She is a strong advocate of preventing chronic disease through diet and lifestyle changes.
