Jon talks with the President of Atlantis Mortgage, Jason Yourofsky, about how to grow your business, the power of customer experience and scaling an idea!

Jason Yourofsky started in the Mortgage industry in 1997 fresh out of Michigan State University and went to work with his Senior V.P. Jeremy Stybel. Jason learned the ins and outs of the mortgage industry at a \u201csmall lender\u201d for four years, before founding Atlantis Mortgage in 2001. Atlantis Mortgage was formed under the premise of \u201cNo Closing Cost Purchase or Refinance.\u201d Jason noticed people were looking for an alternative to the big bank\u2019s fees and cost, so we created the no cost no fee purchase or refinance. Atlantis Mortgage has closed well over $2 billion dollars in mortgages within the state of Michigan. Outside of the state, they closed another $250 million in refinances and purchases.

Family and free time:
The majority of Jason\u2019s free time is spent at home with his family. Jason has a lovely wife, daughter, and two Airedale Terriers. Jason is a huge pet lover and quite often his dog sits on the couch with him while he works. His family spends time up in Charlevoix, Michigan at their cottage. They often enjoy taking vacations anyplace warm, and it is mandatory that it has a beach & nice pool. Jason\u2019s hobbies are collecting rare spirits, gardening and saving people money.
