Andrew Hays was born in Wichita, KS. He graduated from Loyola Chicago in 1997 and brewed beer for a few years in brewpubs. Andrew graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law in Chicago in 2005 and started Hays Firm LLC in 2008.

He lived in Costa Rica with his wife and 4 kids from 2015 through 2018 and commuted back to Chicago for 1 week per month to handle face-to-face business.

Currently five people make up Hays Firm LLC and the firm is in the process of adding a new attorney.
