Growing up, Eric\u2019s own family faced an unexpected tragedy that transpired in the loss of the family business and wealth. This loss fueled Eric\u2019s passion for empowering families and businesses live a better story by being more intentional. It was during this time that Eric discovered that money doesn\u2019t cause problems; it simply magnifies and exposes the smallest issues we ignore today.

Since 2007, Mr. Dunavant\u2019s leadership of Paradiem has guided multiple families and businesses to create Intentional Transformation by discovering the Greatness, Growth, Governance and Generosity in their story that can impact today, tomorrow and eternity. Paradiem\u2019s experience is that most families do not realize that the pursuit of ROI (Return on Investment) is not in alignment with their true ROI (Return on Intention) and often creates unintended consequences. Most good tax and estate plans fuel poor family outcomes.

Over the last 10+ years of guiding families and businesses to write a better story and align their ROI (Return on Intention), Paradiem equipped families to eliminate or avoid over 800 million in taxes, and increase charitable giving by 1.5 billion without impacting their lifestyle or the inheritance they desire for their family.

Eric is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a degree in business. Mr. Dunavant resides in Covington, Louisiana, with his wife Angel and their three children, Clayton, Austen, and Gracyn.
