Many of us will pay a premium to live by water \u2013 whether it\u2019s the sea, a river or a lake. It\u2019s well known amongst property developers but Chilean entrepreneur Fernando Fischmann is unique amongst his peers in having discovered a technique to keep the water in lagoons clear and so attractive to live next to.
