The calm in the storm

Life happens. Our humanity is defined by both progress and struggle. There are lots of situations that challenge us to react. Challenge us to spin out, stall out. Challenge us to struggle to solve for emotions like overwhelm, frustration, worry, resentment, anger, and fear. Chaos dictates the necessity of these emotions. The storm mandates the dramatics. But what if it wasn't necessary. What if it wasn't mandated. What if in fact, we could actually choose how we were going to show up. What if we were the author of our reaction plan. What if our reaction to our kids, to our spouses, to our collegues, to bad news, to disapointement, to this life was ours to write. Join me as I teach you how to choose your reaction to chaos, struggle and challenges. Join me as I teach you how to be the calm in the storm.
