The Belief that Our Value is a thing we EARN is a thing we LEARN

My guest, Michelle Moore, was in a SELF-abusive relationship for 41 years. She moved through the world believing that if she was polished, pretty, and perfect she would be valuable and loved.

Michelle didn t feel safe as herself and this caused her to check out of her own body as she sought control from her external environment.

This lead to her alcohol drug use, overworking, physical pain, burnout, and the early stages of an AutoImmune disease. Michelle shares how she's learned to love all parts of herself, feel at home in her body, come to a place of understanding and deep compassion, and how we can begin to tap into the longings of our mind, body, and soul.
