Great Britain used to be a name synonymous with the stiff upper lip, and unflappable nature, and an ability to grin and bear it. Apparently, those days are long gone, to be replaced by a mean-spirited, small-minded, me-first generation of men and women whose behaviour would put the tantrums of a small child to shame.
