From Theory To Practice - March 16, 2021 - The Decay of Wide Iron Condors
Time decay is at the heart of everything that we do as premium sellers. We much prefer to sell options where time is working for us, rather than buy options where time is working against us. And somewhat to our surprise, the two $10 Wide Iron Condors we have on in the portfolio with BIDU and SNOW are decaying more quickly than we thought they might. Thus, it appears that wider Iron Condors really do have far less friction than narrower Iron Condors.
