As high probability traders, most of our trades will work out and be profitable. Some of our trades, however, will inevitably be losers. When it comes to portfolio management, managing the winning trades is never a problem. It’s managing the losing trades that is oftentimes the issue. So as we look at the biggest loser in our portfolio currently, PLUG, we work through a few different strategies for how to effectively manage losing trades.
