A passionate scientist and leader for over 20 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, she is committed to championing and advancing equitable outcomes for all. She aims to empower the AANHPI workforce, promote diversity in healthcare, strengthen health equity and advance social justices for AANHPI patients and communities.\xa0 Throughout her tenure at BMS,\xa0Jennifer\xa0has taken meaningful steps to provide a culture where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work.
