Amy Geiger is the Director of FLEX Talent Solutions which is part of Marriot International.\xa0 She has championed the Fortune 100 organization\u2019s internally run program, expanded its boundaries and bolstered its capabilities. In June, she\xa0launched a direct sourcing program to build out Marriott\u2019s talent pools and benefit from its employer brand. And after a year-long RFP, she is also implementing a new VMS to launch by early next year. And in July, she eliminated Marriott\u2019s MSP, bringing all supplier relationships in-house and placing full control of all US contingent labor channels under one umbrella.\xa0 In addition, Marriott is introducing an independent contractor compliance program this year, which will launch in tandem with a statement-of-work module in the new VMS.\n\nAmy shares her journey to self-confidence and how she was able to build it by seeing it as a set of stairs to reach her full potential.
