733: Take Up Space With Georgina Tolentino
Georgina Tolentino is an actress, producer and entrepreneur.\xa0 She will be starring as Victoria Manalo Draves in a feature-film biopic about the first woman to win two gold medals in Olympic diving at the 1948 London Games.\xa0 Victoria Manalo Draves was half-Filipino and half-English American during racial segregation when interracial marriage was illegal in the United States.\xa0 Georgina has been training for two years in diving, gymnastics, and movement to prepare for the role.\xa0 She studies with Howard Fine in his Master Class.\n\nAs Asian women, we have been program to never make any noise and never take up space.\xa0 Georgina was told the same growing up but in order for her to be a confident woman, she realized she had to step up and take up space in the world.\xa0 Check out out her episode to listen to her story.\n\nCheck out https://thetaoofselfconfidence.com for show notes of Georgina's episode, Georgina's website, resources, gifts and so much more.
