The immediate\xa0problem for our nation is Donald Trump and his ability to stir up resentment among angry, frustrated citizens as well as provide scapegoats to be blamed for people's problems. But Donald Trump and his allies must be seen in a story with larger social and historical pespectives.\xa0\xa0The emergence of destructive politics is\xa0ever present and no country or region on Earth is ever far from the tribalism now surfacing in our land. The dangers facing us can only be stopped and prevented by drastic changes in the stories we live by and the social practices that they produce.\xa0The nature of the stories we live by and there authorship in evolution will be discussed in this and subsequent programs.
