Each of us is an experiencing biological being. It feels like something to be human and these feelings are shared by all of us. At the same time each of us experiences our world in completely unique ways; experiences that cannot be shared by anyone else. What we call our selves are the totality of our shared and unique experiences. Our identities are the words we use to describe the selves that are both shared and unique. The words the define us are provided by others and created by our selves. The stories we tell and live by express the experiences that formed the self and the identities that define those selves. The quality of the lives we live are in large measure determined by the nature of our total life experiences and all of the descriptions and moral judgements that define our identities. \xa0In this episode we explore some of the experiences and identities that make life creative and joyful or filled with rage, emptiness and despair.
