Hailing from Bogota, Colombia The Toughers are a true allstar reggae band with a strong sense of focus, identify and purpose. I was honored to see this group over the summer in LA. I sit down with a couple members of the group (Lina, Pablo, and Camilo) and their manager Diana to chat about the direct and indirect connections between Latin music and Jamaican ska, reggae, and rocksteady.
