Remind yourself that you only need to make small, consistent changes for the better, not fix everything at once. Budget your self-discipline wisely. Challenging yourself unnecessarily by being overly ambitious with your goal or having unrealistic expectations for yourself only depletes your self-discipline while setting you up for failure.
