As Delta surges in prisons, states stop sharing statistics with the public

Now, as the more contagious Delta variant causes another surge in cases in prisons around the country, certain states have stopped sharing infection statistics with the public, and there is less transparency and oversight than ever before.

Nowotny and Zinzi Bailey of the COVID Prison Project about the concerning reality that we simply don\\u2019t have good information about COVID-19 infections and deaths connected to the prison system.
