Kelly Cardenas: The Roots of a Hair-Care Entrepreneurial Journey
Kelly Cardenas is a FORBES contributor, Author, Podcaster, Founder-CEO of a National multi-million dollar Brand, and a Cultural efficiency Coach. After that didn\u2019t work, he eventually ended up cutting friend\u2019s hair early on.\n\nA mentor of Kelly\u2019s, John Paul, remembers the name of all the people he meets. When asked how he does it, he says that he stays grateful.\n\nIn a single day where his director decided to quit, Kelly\u2019s entire crew walked out the door on a million dollar business, forcing him to take a hard look in the mirror. In the end, Kelly took responsibility in an admirable way and saw it as his employees leaving him rather than the business, and figured out a way to grow from it.\n\nKelly is big on culture, and he defines it as \u201can environment for sustainable growth.\u201d To further that point he explains that culture is what you do, not what you say.
