Without having women who\u2019ve had the unique experiences and challenges of being a woman (like maternity leave for example), there are issues that fall to the wayside and don\u2019t get the proper accommodations.\n\nErica is a member of Chief (shoutout to former POZcast guest Lindsay Kaplan!), a network of professional women.
