To be candid, I have never been a fan of “New Year’s Resolutions”, as I believe they create more resistance towards achieving your short-term and
long-term goals. We need to be consistent and persistent in pursuit of our potential, which is why I prefer to set New Day Resolutions instead. Rather than a year-long approach, taking things day by day allows us to build coherence. The lesson of coherence has two simple parts: remember to do something, and actually do it.
By setting New Day Resolutions and cohering to them, we make prioritization for the day’s goals much easier, and those priorities will take into account our mid-term and long-terms goals, too. I use a system that I call the Five Daily Practices to create this coherence in my life.

1. Know your WHAT...
2. Know your WHO...
3. Know your HOW...
4. Know Your NOW...
5. Apply your WHY...

Tweet me your takeaway from today’s episode @davidmeltzer

Email Me! david@dmeltzer.com

Sign up for my Free Weekly Training https://free.dmeltzer.com/friday-training-1

Text Me!
