Your brain can only think of one thing at a time, so when you find yourself overthinking, you are creating interference between your mind and your ability to refocus. \nRefocusing is a practice, I spend time every day practicing the muscle of refocusing, which will create more productivity, accessibility, and gratitude in your life.
