Ira Sahay is a Metabolic Health Coach based in Mumbai, India, and serves as the Media Head of dLife.in, a prominent low-carb platform in India. She is known for her work in metabolic health and has gained attention for her use of low-carb and carnivore diets to manage various chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and PCOS.
