Gavin Degraw Has Major National Anthem Fail
Degraw did an amazing rendition of the Star-Spangled banner at a Nashville Predators game over the weekend, and just as he finished, he stepped backwards and face-planted on the ice. He laid there in embarrassment for a few minutes before being helped up. He seems to be ok, but will never live that down!
I had a similar moment when I sang the anthem at a Notre Dame Hockey game a few years ago. I didn't fall but the lady who was coordinating had be so terrified right before I went out, I blanked.
