Bush-McCain Bailout Rejected by US House of Representatives
The US House voted down the Bush-McCain Bailout Plan 226-205. Wachovia the US forth largest bank is bought by Citigroup. Markets in Asia and the EU are all down. The Dow loss 777 points or 6.8%
