Recently, independent journalist Michael Shellenberger reported on the allegations of an alleged U.S. government insider who claims they discovered evidence of an unacknowledged special access program, codenamed "Immaculate Constellation," which has been secretly collecting data on encounters with unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).
