I chose to narrate today\u2019s story because it\u2019s unique and interesting and because I had never heard of the author Mike Curry. He wrote only two short stories in the 1950s and then disappeared for almost 4 decades. A Mike Curry is credited with two stories in the 1990s but we don\u2019t know if it\u2019s the same guy. We know nothing else about him.

His first story appeared on page page 94 of Thrilling Wonder Stories Magazine in August 1953. Metamorphosis by Mike Curry\u2026
