04/23-How Baby Boomers are creating a housing shortage
Studies have revealed that there is a large portion of the population that is contributing to the housing shortage. \xa0The group I am referring to are Baby Boomers. \xa0According to Redfin, about 28% of all US homes that have three or more bedrooms are owned by this group\u2026and they are not moving for various reasons.\xa0 We\u2019ll discuss what this group means to the housing market currently and for years to come.
